Description:

This unique addition to Denver, CO had obvious parameters requiring a Design-Build steel team. Though the building looks to be very simple, this project steps well outside the boundaries of “normal” with floor beams stretched to an unprecedented 13’-0” on center, the light gauge framing at the roof, and stair cores pre-built in a fabrication shop with the stairs in them. Also, the angled steel balconies added the character the owner was looking for.
